These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in Soulfire’s coaching and healing programs (“Services”). By registering, enrolling, or participating, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Nature of Services
Soulfire provides coaching, healing, and personal growth programs designed to support emotional well-being, personal development, and life alignment.
Our services are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and do not replace professional advice, therapy, or medical care.
If you have a medical or mental health condition, please consult with a licensed healthcare professional before participating.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and results.
You agree to participate with honesty, openness, and respect for the facilitator(s) and other participants.
You acknowledge that your results depend on your own commitment, effort, and circumstances.
4. Confidentiality
Information shared in sessions or groups will be treated with respect and confidentiality, in line with our Privacy Policy.
Group participants are expected to honor confidentiality and not disclose personal information shared by others.
Exceptions apply where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
5. Payment & Refunds
Program fees are due as outlined at the time of purchase.
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written guarantee or promotional offer.
If you are on a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of participation level.
6. Scheduling & Cancellations
For private sessions, at least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
Group sessions and live calls are recorded for enrolled participants and are not reschedulable individually.
7. Intellectual Property
All program materials, recordings, and resources are the intellectual property of Soulfire.
You are granted personal, non-transferable access for your own use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or share program materials without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Soulfire is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of our Services.
Your participation is voluntary, and you accept full responsibility for your experience.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation for behavior that is disruptive, harmful, or in violation of these Terms.
In such cases, no refund will be provided.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Province/State, Country], without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
